BYBA Spring 2025 Coaches

Must be 18 years old to coach a team.

Season will start in February 2025 (coaches will attend playday in February and draft in February) Practices will begin after draft. Games will begin in March. Season will run through June or July, depending on how competition your team is. Regular season will last until June. Playoffs for top teams will last until July.

Games for PreT-12U are played at heritage park on Jace Jefferson fields.

14U is played at Jaycee field in downtown Belton.

Practices are hosted by the coach on the field of your choice or finding.

You will find the location to host practice. We do have 2 fields that we have available for practices but they are scheduled by BYBA. More info closer to time.

If you choose to find your own field, that is fine.

You choose day/time of practice. Typically 1-2 practices per week depending on games. Teams can NOT meet more than 3 times a week.

Games will start in March.

Preseason tournament for practice and getting ready for the season.

10game regular league schedule. 1-2 games per week. First game time is 6pm.

City championship will be at the end of the season (depending on # of teams per age division). This will be the 1st and 2nd place team from each division that goes into a double elim tournament to find #1 in Belton.

Some of the top teams will advance to playoffs in TTABs district and state tournaments.

League provides jersey and hat to each player and coach (up to 4).

Head coaches will choose the pant color (black, white, or grey. NO PINSTRIPES or DESIGNS)

Head coaches will choose sock and belt color.

Parents are responsible for purchasing pants, socks, and belts.
